What type of payment methods can I use? We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Cashier's Checks.
What are Backorders and Preorders? A product that you might wish to order may be temporarily out of stock. In this case, the item will be indicated as so. Contact us by email and we will notify you as soon as the product is available. Some items available have not yet been released by the manufacturer (pre-release, pre-order). You can still order these items and they will be shipped as soon as the products are available to the public.
Can I order by postal mail? Yes, postal mail orders are accepted. Choose the products you desire and place them into your shopping basket. Proceed through checkout and you will be directed to a payment page where you can click on to a postal mail order form. Print the form and choose your payment method. Mail your order to the address at the bottom of the page.
What is your return policy? Only Lingerie with the product codes starting with "EM" are returnable. Please follow the return instuctions that come with the packaging.
All other sales are final. Due to health concerns, we can only accept returns if they are battery operated with a mechanical defect upon your shipment arrival. Please check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure that it works properly. You must notify us of a defective product within five business days. We will replace the defective device or provide a full refund.
Items returned that do not follow our return policy will be subject to restocking and shipment fees. Opened packages that are not defective will not be credited. Due to health reasons, we can not resell opened items. Please be sure to check your product to see that it works as soon as you receive it. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact us by email. What countries do you ship to? Other than the US, we ship to Canada as well.
