Only Lingerie with the product codes starting with "EM" are returnable. Please follow the return instuctions that come with the packaging.

All other sales are final. Due to health concerns, we can only accept returns if they are battery operated with a mechanical defect upon your shipment arrival. Please check your product as soon as you receive it to make sure that it works properly. You must notify us of a defective product with in five business days. We will replace the defective device or provide a full refund.

Items returned that do not follow our return policy will be subject to restocking and shipment fees. Opened packages that are not defective will not be credited. Due to health reasons, we can't resell these items even if you haven't used the product. Please be sure to check your product to see that it works as soon as you receive it.
